This cleaning rod invokes touches of nostalgia and a sense of history. Although packaged thoughtfully and carefully, my rod did need a little gentle persuasion to stand up straight. The length of the cleaning rod is correct for a Model One, but is too short for Model Two barrels and attention would need to be paid if you have a scope with a giant eyepiece on your Model One, as the handle of the rod may not have enough clearance underneath it. Still, these rods are an interesting piece of history that are still preserved in their original grease and rust free, that every BRNO buff should have one, just because. I guess that since I too was made long ago, I also need some gentle persuasion to stand up straight !
