Ordered 2 pm Friday, splurged on express delivery and had them in my hand 1 pm Tuesday, all the way to Adelaide. I'm impressed with both RGW (thanks Stephanie!) and Oz Post.
This height set of rings are perfect to mount a vintage Meopta Artemis all steel 6 x 42 scope on my 1956 Model 2 Brno, with just the right amount of clearance for the bolt handle and the scope also clears the rear sight too, without having to remove the elevation slide. Absolute perfection and ideal scope mounting, with 3-4mm clearance in all the places that matter.
Something about having walnut and steel, with no plastic anywhere, not even the butt plate or magazine base plate - both are steel too, that just inspires confidence!

Not only did Rebel have the 16mm Lynx rings I needed for my new (old 1958 Brno .22), they sent them to my country town PO Box within 4 days. And I'm sure, that's only because Aust Post takes that long nowadays. Great service guys and expect more orders from us in future.
