- War-time German K98k rifle manufactured in 1940 by Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG. This rifle is one of an estimated 160,000 made in 1940 by Steyr, with the receiver stamped "660 1940" ('660' being Steyr's manufacturer's code and '1940' being the year of manufacture).
- This rifle's war-time service history is unknown, as it was one of the many rifles sent to Israel via Czechoslovakia following the war's end. Above the rifle's date and manufacturer's code and on the underside of its butt plate is stamped "7.62" meaning that it was converted from the original 8x57mm cartridge to 7.62x51mm and .308 Winchester instead.
- This rifle is in very good condition, with no pitting or rust on the metal work but with a slight fading to the finish. The barrel is out of 10, and the woodwork is also in great condition but with a minor fade and some cosmetic marks.
- The rifle is not matching as is common with these Israeli-issue K98K rifles, but the rifle's action and bolt are matching.
